When I am in Seoul, I like staying here. Brand-new hotel, it offers full size breakfast and extremely spacious rooms. The restaurant is great, with excellent and friendly staff.

Our stay at Lotte Hotel was exceptional. The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major subway lines. We also appreciated the small touches, like bath teabags and bath salts, that added to our overall experience. The in-room massage was excellent and the bathroom products were of high quality. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we highly recommend Lotte Hotel for a luxurious stay in Seoul. we had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

Family room with high quality furnishings and a short note, as for instance was ready when we arrived. There was a luxurious decor and a family atmosphere. The breakfast was massive and delicious, the check in was early.

I recently stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul for three nights. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions. The staff provided impeccable service and were very friendly and courteous. The Le Salon access included breakfast, high tea, and happy hours, which were all fantastic. Our upgraded Premier room was spacious and well-appointed. a wonderful stay in the Executive Tower!

The staff there were excellent and very courteous! The check in was early and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel.

The room was beautiful and luxurious, the hotel was clean. Truly enjoyed central heating, a personal safe, and pay television in the room. It was with a bathtub. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Myeongdong Shopping Street.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to all areas of interest and convenient public transport options. The hotel is connected to the Lotte department store, making it a perfect spot for shoppers. The staff provides exceptional service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms in the Executive Tower are spacious and well-equipped, and guests also have the option of enjoying a delicious breakfast.

Had an absolutely amazing time. The venue was beautiful, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent just off all the key sights / shopping areas as well as also nearby Myeongdong. The breakfast was delicious, had lots of food. The staff was excellent and friendly, my every need was addressed.
